  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

    You want to access data from the archive using the Archive Information
    System (AS). You carry out this action in the selection screen by
    choosing <ZK>Extras</> -> <ZK>Data Source</>... or in Customizing table
    ASACCESS01.
    You have called up the SAP DRB (Document Relationship Browser). Here,
    you want to search for archived FI-SL documents using SAP-AS..
    The archived data cannot be read using AS as no active info structure
    exists for the following field catalog(s):
    &v2&
    &v1&

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    FI-SL reports (such as transaction GD13, GD20 etc.)
    To read data from the archive using an index (AS), contact your system
    administrator. Alternatively, you can select the archive files that you
    want to read manually (<ZK>Extras</> -> <ZK>Data Source</>). In this
    case, no index is used for the archive search. The files selected will
    then be read in sequence. This can increase runtime considerably.
    If you do not want to read data from the archive, change your settings
    in the data source selection dialog box or ask your system
    administrator to remove the entry with the name of the current
    transaction from Customizing table ASACCESS01.
    SAP DRB:
    To read data from the archive, contact your system administrator.
    If you do not want to read data from the archive, simply ignore this
    message.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    To find out which info structures are active and have to be created,
    see the info for archiving object FI_SL_DATA. To see this info, call up
    transaction SARA and choose <ZK>Goto</> -> <ZK>Info</>.
