  • What causes this issue?

You want to execute cycle &V1& &V2&. However, as the corresponding
cycle run group is inconsistent, the system checked whether any
dependent cycle run groups are active for this group.
The check showed that a cycle for cycle run group &V3& will be executed
in the system with an update. However, as cycle run group &V3&
conflicts with the cycle run group of cycle &V1& &V2&, the cycle cannot

Cycle &V1& with start date &V2& cannot be executed.

Wait until the lock for cycle run group &V3& has been removed and
    execute your cycle again.
    &NOTE&
A cycle run group can be locked either by executing a different cycle
or during indirect activity allocation by the manual reposting of a
    document.
