    The present data record of a hierarchy contains the reference year &V1&
    and the reference period &V2&. This combination is not a valid time
    period in the Consolidation system.

    System Response

    The present data record has an error and cannot be written.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the contents of the file. A valid reference year and period must
    be contained in the header of the data portion that describes a
    hierarchy.
