What causes this issue?

You assigned <DS:GLOS.document_type>document_types</> to
<DS:GLOS.task>task</> &V1&. These document types do not permit a unique
assignment of the task to the data/consolidation monitor.
The new document types you specified allocate the task to a different
monitor. You cannot make this assignment because a status already
exists for task &V1&.
In the Data Monitor, the task may only contain the following document
types:
Increase/decrease in reported data
Increase/decrease in standardizing entries
In the Consolidation Monitor, the task may only contain the following
Increase/decrease in IU eliminations
Increase/decrease in IU eliminations, special logic
