user. The system creates a business partner for the user. It also
assigns new roles to the user, if these roles are not already assigned
to the user. The system also assigns the user to the Financial Shared
Service Organization structure. The system does not change the
attributes of the existing user. For example, the address is not
changed.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
