    The system creates a new categorization schema with this name. The
    system can use the same name for more than one schema. The system
    activates this schema after it has been created.

    How to fix this error?

    To verify that the correct schema has been activated, you can use the
    <ZH>IC_MANAGER</> business role to launch the CRM Interaction Center
    WebClient (CRM IC) where you can view the active categorization schemas.
