    &V1& and return type &V2&. The stylesheet for return year &V1& in
    leading company code &V2& must exist as transformation &V3& in the
    FOT_EDECLARATION package.
    If there is no stylesheet then import the stylesheet valid for return
    year &V1& and return type &V2& within the administration report.
