Message number: 204
Message text: Contact person not maintained, address data taken from company code
You have performed a comparison with Customizing. It was established
that no entry is maintained for the "contact person" parameter in the
Customizing of the data for electronic communication with authorities.
The system now transfers all contact data for the address from the
global address data for company code &V1&. The following data is
transferred from the company code data into the return:
Name of contact person
Street
Postal code
Regional code (not relevant for ELSTER)
City
Telephone number
The occupation of the contact person cannot be taken from the company
code data and is therefore deleted in this case.
If entries are already defined for this parameter in Customizing, these
are overwritten by the address data of the company code. This is
necessary to avoid inconsistent addresses.
You can retain the transferred data if the entries on the contact person
are complete.
If you do not want to transfer this data, then maintain the
country-specific entries in Customizing for the parameters concerned
(transaction FOTED2). You must make an entry for the "contact person"
parameter. Maintain data for leading company code &V1&, return type &V2&
, and country &V3&.
Then using the "Compare Data with Customizing" function in the
administration tool, you can transfer the new contact data into the
reported financial data.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
