Message class: FMAVC - Message class AVC funds management
Message number: 246
Message text: Control ledger &1 cannot be re-initialized (see long text)
The list of values for the field <ZK><ZH>&V4&</></> that you have
selected for reconstructing the <DS:DE.BUAVC_ALDNR>availability control
ledger</> &V1& for the combination &V2& of FM area and fiscal year is
not consistent: the reconstruction process involves posting data of at
least one posting address assigned to a value of field <ZK>&V4&</>
(value &V3&), which is not included in the list of selected values.
The reconstruction process can only consider posting addresses and
budget addresses which are assigned to the <ZH>same list of values of
field <ZK>&V4&</></>.
Processing stops.
Add at least the missing value &V3& to your selection and start the
process again. If you receive a similar message repeatedly for other
values of the field <ZK>&V4&</>, SAP recommends that you run the process
for all values of this field.
Please verify the derivation strategy you have used for assigning
posting addresses to budget addresses in the Customizing of the BCS
budget structure. If possible, choose the same value of the field
<ZK>&V4&</> for a given posting address and the assigned budget address.
