You cannot assign a branch and cash desk to yourself. You cannot
continue processing without an assignment to a cash desk and branch.
If all cash desks are currently locked, try to make the assignment
later.
If no master data exists in the system, contact your system
administrator.
Maintain the <DS:TRAN.FPCJM>master data</> for the internal branches and
internal cash desks. Make sure that the branches are either an external
category or do not have an agent contract account. The decision as to
whether the branch does or does not have an agent contract account
depends on whether the branch is run by an external agent (supermarket
chain, for example) and the reconciliation is to be via an own contract
using an agent posting.
Make the <DS:TRAN.FPCJM_EX>assignment</> between internal branches and
internal cash desks to the corresponding external branches and external
cash desks.
