  • What causes this issue?

    Two different SAF-T ODNs use the same data to access the same number
    range object with the same data, but with a different ODN prefix .
    As a result, ODN gaps are created in the reporting. At least, one SAF-T
    ODN is not legal compliant.

    System Response

    The system cannot determine the valid prerequisite document to create a
    valid digital signature. The system stops the processing so that the
    document become invalid.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check and, if required, modify your ODN customizing and your event
    implementations of the 1190/1191/1192 events.
