business trip. This is not possible because the absences of the
corresponding separation allowance period overlap with the period of the
parallel business trip.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the start date or end date of the parallel business trip to be
approved, or adjust the absence times in the corresponding separation
allowance period. If there is no longer an overlap, you can approve the
parallel business trip.
