"Retain Chargeable Accommod." indicator has been adjusted automatically
as follows for any absences in the time period of the accommodations
receipt: For absences for which an accommodations receipt exists, the
indicator is set automatically. However, if an accommodations receipt
is deleted, the indicator is automatically deleted for any existing
absences. If the time of the accommodations receipt is moved, the
indicator only remains for absences that still fall within the time
period of the accommodations receipt.

Check the affected absences and set the indicator again if necessary.
