automatically assigned to rate 1 or rate 2. If necessary, an additional
destination is generated with rate 2.
The 30-day rule of RGV applies to business trips and district trips with
overnight entitlement.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
