FITP_RAIL_PORTAL_BADI_DEF Business Add-In (BAdI) with the
INIT_PORTAL_CALL method, and that the BAdI correctly returns the portal
URL to the calling program.
If a certification is necessary to obtain the portal URL (as is the case
for the Corporate Portal of Deutsche Bahn), also make sure that this
process works without errors.
