What causes this issue?

The relevant flight connections have been prereserved in the external
reservation system. The information required for automatic ticket issue
could, however, not yet be created. Either an error occurred during
price determination or the selected rate is a local rate.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Request the price again using the 'Price' pushbutton. If the price can
not be determined, please contact your travel center.
