What causes this issue?

1. Transaction FM_DLOI deletes all line items from the credit exposure
update in Funds Management according to your selection and modifies the
totals records accordingly.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

2. Transaction FM_DLOI results in the document history being lost on the
basis of the line items. The totals are modified but the chronological
order of all changes (based on the line items) is lost and is no longer
available.
3. Transaction FM_DLOI resets the following tables:
- FMIOI (Commitment documents Funds Management)
- FMIOICCN (Flagged locked amounts for the commitment in Funds
Management) Note: This table is only relevant for Dutch customers.
- FMIT (Totals table for Funds Management)
