Message text: Simulation of remote service in local system may result in errors
You are about to simulate a function that has been designed as a service
running in a different system (managed system controlled by SAP
NetWeaver Decision Service Management). In principle, simulating the
function in the local system is allowed. However, there is no guarantee
that this leads to the same results as in the remote system, or that the
function can be executed in the local system at all.
The reason for the deviations in function behavior with respect to the
host system is that the function has been defined based on the
environment that is provided in the remote system. This means that
proper function execution may rely on the presence of certain data
objects, domain values, or table entries that do not necessarily exist
in the local system.
You can start the simulation run in the local system.
Due to the reasons outlined above, we do not recommend running a
simulation for a remote function in the local system. If you decide to
start the simulation anyway, be aware that the simulation result in one
system does not allow for any conclusions with respect to running the
same function in a different system.
Generally, running a remote function in the local system only makes
sense if you urgently need to test the function while the remote system
is temporarily unreachable, and if you are sure that the function
behavior in both systems is more or less identical.

FDT_DSM033
- Simulation of remote service in local system may result in errors ?The SAP error message FDT_DSM033 indicates that there may be issues when simulating a remote service in a local system. This error typically arises in the context of using the SAP Fiori tools or when working with the SAP Gateway and OData services. Here’s a breakdown of the cause, potential solutions, and related information: Cause
Configuration Issues: The local system may not be properly configured to simulate the remote service. This can include missing or incorrect settings in the service definition or the system's communication settings. Service Availability: The remote service may not be available or reachable from the local system. This could be due to network issues, service downtime, or incorrect service URLs. Authorization Problems: The user executing the simulation may not have the necessary authorizations to access the remote service. Data Inconsistencies: There may be inconsistencies in the data being used for the simulation, which can lead to errors during the execution of
