This situation can occur as follows:
The dispute case has been changed manually in the time between starting
the program for writing off dispute cases automatically and the program
actually being run.
You are using a 2 system scenario. An inconsistency has arisen due to
an IDoc that has not been processed.
The system cannot clear the documents assigned to the dispute case.
Check whether the dispute case was changed manually after starting the
program for automatic write-offs.
If you are using a 2 system scenario, check whether there are any IDocs
that have not been processed.
Once you have corrected the inconsistency, start the program for
automatic write-off again for this dispute case.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
