Message type: E = Error
Message class: FAGL_CLOCO - Messages for Closing Cockpit
Message number: 033
Message text: No display authorization for assigned task list &1 with key date &2
You have insufficient authorization for displaying task list &v1& with
key date &v2&, which corresponds to the current settings in the
selection criteria of the query (processor, person responsible, or
both).
The task list cannot be displayed.
Contact your system administrator for a solution to the problem.
The necessary authorization must be created in the back-end system using
the following transactions: <ZK>User for Authorization Check</> (TPC2),
<ZK>Programs for Authorization Check</> (TPC4) and <ZK>Periods for
Authorization Check</> (TPC6) (for at least one processed organizational
unit). (See SAP Note <EX>445148</>.)
There is probably an inconsistency in Customizing you will need to
correct manually to have task list &v1& with key date &v2& appear in the
list.
In the TPC4 transaction, enter the program <LB>CLOSING_MONITOR</>.
In the entries in the TPC6 transaction, choose the application <LS>FI-FI
</>.
Note that you can assign authorizations <zh>only</> on the company code
level for company codes that are processed in the task list (field
<LS>Org. Unit</> in TPC6). If <zh>no</> company code was processed,
leave the <LS>Org. Unit</> field in TPC6 blank.
An entry with a blank organizational unit means that the entry applies
to all organizational units.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
