  • What causes this issue?

    In the cash journal that you use, archiving was last carried out on &V1&
    . The display period is either before or only up to the archiving date.

    System Response

    You cannot display opening and closing balances and totals for receipts
    and payments for the display period you have selected. Documents that
    have been archived but not yet deleted are displayed on the tab pages.
    You cannot change or enter data.

    How to fix this error?

    In order to enter or change data in the cash journal, select the first
    day of the display period such that it is after the last archiving run,
    that is, after &V1&.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
