  • What causes this issue?

    In the cash journal that you use, archiving was last carried out on &V1&
    . The archiving date is within the display period.

    System Response

    The system moves the start of the display period to the day after the
    archiving date. You can display and change documents that have not been
    archived and can enter new documents.

    How to fix this error?

    To display an archiving period, choose the end of the display period
    such that it is before or on the day of the last archiving run, that is,
    &V1&. This enables you to display documents that have been archived but
    not deleted.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
