Message text: Define the total quantity on the time-of-use periods tab page
This TOU interface is defined to be used to <LS>bill profile values in
the external system</>, and a <DS:DE.E_CONSPAT>consumption pattern</>
has been specified. The simulation is performed on the basis of the
synthetic profile that is assigned using the consumption pattern.
To enable the system to scale the standardized synthetic profile for the
TOU simulation, a total quantity must be available uniquely in each
billing period.
However, no total quantity has been defined under the <LS>Total Quantity
</> node on the <LS>Time-of-Use Periods</> tab page in the current TOU
interface.
The TOU interface has not been defined consistently.
Make the required entries (time-of-use formula and result parameter)
under <LS>Total Quantity</> on the <LS>Time-of-Use Periods</> tab page.
The result parameter must have the QUANT operand category.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
