    with the following data:
    Installation &V1&
    Billing transaction &V2&
    Billing date &V3&
    This can be for one of the following reasons:
    On-site billing has already taken place for the meter reading results
    On-site billing is scheduled for the meter reading results

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
