Message text: Device &1, register &2: Cannot use ind.plaus.check. 96 (fixed val.dev.)
The current installation is an inactive installation.
When these types of installation are reconnected, the independent
plausibility check <SE>96 </>- <LS>Fixed value deviation check</> is
usually performed during the move-in meter reading. The system checks
here whether consumption has taken place since the customer moved out
(move-out meter reading) and whether this exceeds the maximum admissible
variation defined for this in Customizing.
In the current case, no move-out meter reading has been entered in the
system.
The system does not perform the fixed value deviation check.
To perform the fixed value deviation check, you must first enter the
move-out meter reading.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Check Device Type: Verify that the device type is correctly configured. If it is a fixed value device, ensure that you are not trying to apply a plausibility check that is not applicable.
Review Configuration: Check the configuration settings for the device and register in the SAP system. Ensure that the plausibility check settings are appropriate for the type of device you are working with.
Data Validation: Validate the data associated with the device and register. Look for any inconsistencies or errors in the readings that may be causing the plausibility check to fail.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for specific guidance on handling fixed value devices and plausibility checks.
