parameters for result entry as follows:
Leave the <LS>Company code</> field empty.
Enter &v2& in the <LS>Division</> field.
Enter the move-in/out interval in the <LS>Interval for meter reading
suppression</> field.
If the company code is known, enter a move-in/out interval for the
combination of company code &v1& and division &v2&.
