What causes this issue?

The system did not find the official additional number as supplement to
the ID number of the trader. The additional number helps you to
distinguish between an integrated group of companies subject to
turnover tax law submitting their declarations to the authorities
separately from each other and divisions within a company doing
likewise.
Note that the assignment of an additional number is not obligatory!

System Response

Since it is not necessary that the authorities assign an additional
number for all companies, the system issues a warning.

How to fix this error?

Check first if an additional number has been assigned to your company.
If not, ignore the following note.
