  • What causes this issue?

    When delivered, the functions "Request/dun vendor declaration" or
    "Create long-term vendor declaration" are in general accompanied each
    accompanied by an SAP standard text. It may happen that the system does
    not transport these text containers in all clients of the target
    system.

    Processing cannot be continued.

    How to fix this error?

    Create a standard text (ST) named <(>&<)>V1<(>&<)> in your current
    client. The system always chooses this text container if you press the
    "Standard value" button on the selection screen of the respective
    program.
