The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
If the message is generated from a user-defined program, ensure that the
program only uses declarable substances with existing homogeneous
materials.
If the message is raised by a standard program, execute the program
R_EHPRC_RC1PHDEL or contact your system administrator. Ensure that this
program is scheduled as a periodic background job.
