providers &v1& and &v2& because it cannot find the key date and either
there are no valid service provider agreements or there are multiple
service provider agreements for different time slice.
During transfer of a grid usage bill, the "End of Period" value is used
as the key date for reading the service provider agreement for outgoing
payment. This field is empty.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
