    For you to be able to archive electronic work instructions in the batch
    record, they need to have been completed or technically completed, which
    means they must have status <LS>Complete</>, <LS>Discarded</>, or <LS>
    Terminated</>.
    The electronic work instructions &V1& have not been assigned any of
    these statuses. For this reason, archiving is terminated.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether processing of the electronic work instructions &V1& has
    been completed.
    If required, carry out the <LS>Set to complete</> or <LS>Set to
    technically complete</> function in the electronic work instructions.
