    A system error occurred while archiving the <LS>Process order</>
    document for process order &V1&. Batch record archiving was terminated.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If a process order belongs to several batch records, the relevant
    document is still archived only once and referred from all corresponding
    batch records.
    Process order &V1& has already been archived in a different batch record
    but due to a system error, order status <LS>BRAR (Batch record archived)
    </> has not been set. For this reason, the existing archive document for
    the process order cannot be referred during archiving of the current
    batch record.
