Message class: EBR - Message Class for Batch Records
Message number: 097
Message text: No batch records found for approving (see log)
For you to be able to approve a batch record, the following requirements
must be met:
If, according to your system settings, the batch record is archived
during approval (see Customizing for <LS>Batch Records</>, activity
<DS:SIMG.PPPI_PD_254>Define Material-Specific Overall Profile </>):
The batch record has been generated.
All process orders belonging to the batch record have been assigned
status <LS>Completed</> or <LS>Technically completed</>.
If the batch record is not archived during approval, it must have been
archived already. You cannot approve batch records that have status
<LS>Partially archived</>.
The system did not find any batch records that meet these requirements
for the selection criteria you have entered. For this reason, no
worklist was created.
A system message is written to the selection log for every batch record
in the selection range that does not meet the above requirements.
RESET N1
Call the selection log and check why the system did not select any batch
records.
Depending on the reason for this, proceed as follows:
Correct the selection criteria.
Generate the batch records.
Complete the process orders belonging to the batch records.
Set the <LS>Lot locked for batch record</> indicator in the usage
decision for the corresponding inspection lots.
Archive the batch records.
