What causes this issue?

The system did not select any batch records to be archived for one of
the following reasons:
You are not authorized to archive batch records for the materials you
have selected.
The process orders for the existing batches have not been approved.
More than one incoming inspection lot exists for the existing batches.
The existing batch records are being processed by another user.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Depending on what caused the error, proceed as follows:
Ask your system administrator for the authorization required to archive
batch records.
Approve the process orders of those batch records you want to archive.

Documentation</>.
The user needs the authorization for transaction COCA (Transfer batch
record to optical archive), authorization object <LS>Batch record</>
