    How to fix this error?

    To assign an existing maintenance item to the maintenance plan, enter
    the corresponding maintenance item number.
    Alternatively, to create a new maintenance item and assign it to the
    maintenance plan, enter a number that lies within the external number
    range for maintenance items, or enter only the mandatory fields of the
    new item without an item number to get an internal number for the item.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
