The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
You must first put entries into the clipboard.
If, for example, you want to shift a block of fields in a table, you
must proceed as follows:
Set the cursor to the first field of the block to be shifted and select
<LS>Edit -> Select block</>. Repeat this for the last field of the
block to be processed. All the fields of the block are now highlighted.
Select <LS>Edit -> Cut</> (or <LS>Edit -> Copy</>), to put the block in
the clipboard.
You can now insert the marked block in front of the field to which the
cursor is pointing with <LS>Edit -> Paste</>.
