The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you wish to select a block, you must click on the first line of the
block and then call the function <LS>Edit -> Select block</>. You must
then repeat this procedure for the last line of the block. The lines of
the block are then shown against a colored background. You can then cut
out, copy and reposition the block using the relevant functions from
the <LS>Edit</> menu.
