  • What causes this issue?

    You cannot create your signature for one of the following reasons:
    The user ID &V1& is not defined in the system.
    In the user master record &V1& the user name is not entered completely.
    This name is transferred to the signed document when you create your
    signature.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether you entered your user ID correctly. If you made an
    error, contact your system administrator.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    RESET N1
    Call up the user master record &V1& and check the user data (see
    <DS:TRAN.SU01>Maintain User Master Record</>).
    Fill in the complete name of the user on the <LS>Address</> tab strip.
