What causes this issue?

A constraint is set for the finish of the project element.
During backwards scheduling for the project element, the system
calculates a finish date from the successor relationships. The system
compares the determined finish date (latest finish) with the constraint
for the finish date. The warning appears if the finish date conflicts
with the constraint for the finish date.

System Response

The system ignores the successor relationships and sets the finish date
of the constraint as the calculated finish.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the constraint for the finish date is realistic.
