    You did not open the project element &V1& &V2& via the <LS>Projects</>
    initial view and cannot define the person responsible for one of the
    following reasons:
    The actual project element cannot be changed (reason 1)
    The role cannot be switched to change mode (reason 2)
    The resource was ordered externally (reason 3).

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    In this case, it is not possible to define the person responsible for
    reason &V3&.

    System Response

    The person responsible is not changed.

    How to fix this error?

    Open the project in the project view in change mode or try to make the
    change again later on.
