    The project type of the current project specifies that decision makers

    not possible to certify approval documents for approvals you began in
    Release 3.10 but whose individual approvals will not be granted until
    Release 4.00, for technical reasons.

    How to fix this error?

    You have two options:
    Use your password to sign the individual approval.
    Cancel the approval, create a new version of the approval, and begin the
    approval process. If the project type still requires a signature with
    the user certificate, you can certify the approval document recreated in
    Release 4.00.
