You cannot delete the role &V1&, since it is used within the phase &V2&
as the decision maker for an individual approval.

System Response

The system does not delete the role.

How to fix this error?

If required, first delete the individual approval that belongs to the
approval of the phase &V2&. However, this is only allowed if the
approval has not yet been started or if your system administration
defined the settings so that you can delete individual approvals after
starting the approval as well.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
