    You cannot delete the assignment of the resource &V1&, since it was used
    within the phase &V2& as the decision maker of an individual approval.

    System Response

    The system does not delete the assignment.

    How to fix this error?

    If required, first delete the individual approval belonging to the
    approval of the phase &V2&. However, this is only allowed if the
    approval has not yet been started or if your system administration
    defined the settings so that you can delete individual approvals after
    starting the approval as well.
