    What causes this issue?

    The notification is attached to order &V3& to which a few other
    notifications are also attached (see object list of the order). At least
    one of these notifications is already assigned to a different revision.
    An order can be assigned to only one revision. Allowing this assignment
    will lead to inconsistencies.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
