What causes this issue?

You attempted to combine routing groups and attributes under the same
profile template node, meaning that they would be linked as and
conditions.
However, you can only enter routing groups as exclusion criteria.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To enter a routing group, place your cursor on the <ZK>Exclude routing
groups</> node. All business partners belonging to this routing group
will then be excluded from the routing group you are creating.
