  • What causes this issue?

    The transaction could not be completely saved during one of the last
    changes as it was still being maintained, for example in partial
    document processing for individual items. Cross-item functions (for
    example, group conditions, credit check, delivery groups) could not be
    executed. Additionally, no index was structured at item level (locator)
    for the transaction, and actions and sending of the business document
    was supressed.
    The transaction does not have a consistent status.
    Automatic postprocessing (Report CRM_ORDER_POSTPROCESSING) puts the
    transaction back into a consistent status by executing the cross-item
    functions for the whole document. Index, actions and business documents
    are also completed.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Start the CRM_ORDER_POSTPROCESSING report.
