This error typically occurs in the context of marketing planning or condition management within the SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module.

    Cause:

    1. Exceeded Limit: The primary cause of this error is that the system has a predefined limit on the number of condition records that can be created for a specific condition type. When this limit is reached, the system will not allow the creation of additional records, leading to this error message.
    2. Configuration Settings: The configuration settings for the condition types may have been set to restrict the number of records that can be created.

    Solution:

      • Navigate to the relevant configuration settings in the SAP IMG (Implementation Guide) to check the limits set for condition records.
    2. Delete Unused Records: If there are existing condition records that are no longer needed, consider deleting them to free up space for new records.

      • Use transaction codes like VK11 (Create Condition) or VK12 (Change Condition) to manage condition records.
    3. Review Data Generation Logic: If the error occurs during a specific process (like a marketing campaign), review the logic that generates condition records. Ensure that it is not attempting to create more records than necessary.

    4. Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or notes related to the specific condition type you are working with. There may be specific guidelines or limitations documented.

    5. Contact SAP Support: If the issue persists and you cannot identify the cause or solution, consider reaching out to SAP support for assistance. They may provide insights based on the specific version of SAP you are using.
