Only products entered in active PPRs for the marketing project are valid
and they are valid only if the following statements are true:
The account entered matches the business partner in the PPR
The sales area matches the sales area of the PPR (an empty PPR sales
area will also be valid)
The planned date range is within the timestamp given in the PPR
The product has not been added to the list of products.
