Before you can save or delete an external list via CRM_MKTLIST_SAVE, the
calls of function modules CRM_MKTLIST_MAINTAIN or CRM_MKTLIST_DELETE
must not contain warnings.
Remove the warnings and call the function modules CRM_MKTLIST_MAINTAIN
or CRM_MKTLIST_DELETE up again. Afterwards, you can save or delete the
external list using function module CRM_MKTLIST_SAVE.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
