Delete all table entries for this key in the following order:
CRMD_MKTIMEX_INF (key entry in field: HEADER_GUID)
CRMD_MKTIMEX_IT (key entry in field: HEADER_GUID)
CRMD_MKTIMEX_HD (key entry in field: GUID)
